   My daughter and I just saw the foto for the first time and are saddened and appaulled that these types of assaults against ANY WOMEN still happen. Whats even sadder is that of the 3 people that have made comment, 2 of them seemed to think that this was funny or deserved. Whether or not she should or shouldn’t have gone back to him is irrellevant - my 8yr old certainly didn’t want her to - BUT, any woman whose been in this situation knows that theres a process you have to go thru before you get strong enough to leave an abuser. Yes we were appaulled by the photos, but disgusted and shocked by the responses of two of the readers who’ve written in. SHAME ON YOU BOTH…

   It really is horrible what happened to Rihanna and it reminds us of how it happens to women all over the world every single day. jj your a disgusting excuse of a person to write a comment like that, i’v also been a victim of abuse and believe me the relationship doesnt start out that way. a little more support from idiots like you might help situations like these to stop happening. Grow up.

   I love Rihanna. her song entitled Umbrella is my favorite song. she is also a very beautiful singer, it is bad to know that she got an abusive boyfriend.
