A photo of Charles Manson has been released from prison officials at Corcoran State Prison in California. Manson who is now 74 years old, looks like just another old man.

Manson is serving a life sentence at Corcoran for his part in the conspiracy to commit the Tate/LaBianca murders.

Actress Sharon Tate, the young wife of film maker Roman Polanski, was brutally murdered in their home. Tate was 8 1/2 months pregnant.

Besides Tate, 4 others were killed at the residence, including coffee heiress, Abigil Folger. The next night  Manson orchestrated the killings of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca in Los Angeles.

This August will be the fortieth anniversary of the killings.
