Michael Jordan and his shack-up gal pal, Cuban model  Yvette Prieto,  have just signed a mortgage for a $281,000 house.

According to Miami-Dade court records, the pair owns a three bedroom home that is  listed as having 5,500 square feet. The Villa is located in Kendall, near Miami.

The Palm Beach Post mentions that Prieto filed bankruptcy in 2002, and since this is in a humble neighborhood, it is being speculated that Michael Jordan is helping his girlfriend out so she can get her own home.

Jordan, 46, has been dating Pretto, 30 since his  divorce from his ex-wife, Juanita, in 2006.
